　　Duties & requirements

　　The role of the Front Office Intern involves attending to the overall running of the Front Desk whilst providing a high level service to all hotel’s guests and clients. We will have two internship opportunities within our Front Office Department.

　　Candidates should possess prior working experience in a Front Office environment within a hotel.

　　Prospective applicants need to be available for a minimum of four to five months - between May and October 2024. Preference will be given to interns who will be available to cover the whole 6 month period.

　　In performing this role, the successful applicants must display a friendly and welcoming attitude, have a sound know-how of hotel operations and demonstrate great customer service skills.

　　Students are expected to work the standard 40 hour week. Extra hours worked over and above the standard 40 hour week will be paid extra at a higher rate.
