Tom Molloy Insurance is looking fora Front Desk/Customer Service Representative**that wants to grow with our busy office in Las Vegas, NV. This is an entry level position with a path to becoming a licensed insurance agent. In this position you will be responsible for the following.This position is to provide the highest quality service and support to the customer.

Strong people skillsKnowledge of the Hawksoft System is a plusBilingual is a plus1-2 years Front Desk experience preferredExcellent communication skills; verbally and written.Detail oriented and able to maintain compliance standards.Be dependable, provide timely response, and complete of work activities.Property and Casualty LicenseESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Speaking with customers and company personnel on the phone or in person during office visits with the attitude of service.
Answering and working the multiline phone system when multiple calls are coming in.
Screening calls, answering client questions, helping clients with appropriate tasks, verifying account information and transferring to appropriate agent if you can't help.
Processing Payments
Accurately maintaining all customer information and correspondence in the computer system (Hawksoft).
Issuing the proper insurance verification documents to the insured (auto id, certificates, etc.).
Following up with clients on payments before they cancel for nonpayment.
Assisting with the collection of premiums and reconciliation of accounts as needed.
Opening and distributing mail.
