"Our client is a major university, and they are seeking a Freelance SEO Specialist to join their team.The university is in the process of rolling out their new website, so you will be working with both new and existing content with support from the digital agency and internal team.Please Note: the new CMS is AEM so you should have experience working in this program.SEO Specialist Responsibilities:- Work with copywriters to optimize content for SEO purposes- Improve search rankings for universities pages.- Target keyword recommendations. - Content brief explaining how to incorporate the target keywords and SEO best practices into a revised pageKeyword Research.- Research competitors websites for related practices- Identify what keywords those competitor website pages are ranking for.- Provides guidelines to writers about how to use structure the page and write content using keywords identified in research.
