Preparation of controlling reports for monthly and annual financial statements – Analysis and reporting of financial data
Responsibility for efficient and orderly processes in the Finance & Controlling department
Preparation of reporting, statistics, evaluations and ad-hoc queries for the management and owners
Implementing Group guidelines and monitoring compliance with policies and procedures
Contact person for external auditors and tax auditors, internal auditors of the Arabella Hospitality Group and other external partners
Support, system maintenance and further development of the IT systems used in Finance & amp, Controlling
Assistance with the annual financial statements in accordance with the UGB
Active participation in budget preparation and presentations
Collaboration on projects and further developments in accounting
Central point of contact for department heads and general managers
Contact person for internal and external matters of the Arabella Jagdhof
Job Description
Completed business education (accountant, business studies)
Several years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting/controlling
High analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Team and communication skills
Independent and proactive way of working
Strong affinity for numbers
Reliability and a high level of trustworthiness
Strong organizational skills
Must be fluent in German (written and verbal)
