Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare, print, and sort bills of lading for shippingPrepare Customs paperwork including commercial invoices forshipments to CanadaPhotograph international shipments prior to shippingCommunicate with Customer Service and provide information asrequested including copies of packing slips or delivery receipts andtracking numbersCommunicate with carriers and provide copies of bills of lading asneededInvestigate claims of shortages/overages by communicating withcarriers, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivables and providepaperwork for credit memos as neededProvide paperwork and documents as neededPrepare shipping documents for transfer to storageTrack manpower weight averagesAssist Shipping Manager and Shipping Supervisor when requiredOrder supplies for Shipping DepartmentRequired Experience and/or Education:
