　　¿Cómo es un día típico como Facilitador Técnico? Estarás:

　　• Asistiendo en la configuración y mantenimiento de varios equipos tecnológicos, incluyendo impresoras multifuncionales en area de imprenta y computadoras.

　　• Brindando un excelente servicio al cliente

　　• Solucionando problemas técnicos de manera oportuna.

　　Este trabajo podría ser perfecto para ti si:

　　• Tienes un grado asociado en Sistemas de Información o una disciplina relacionada, o experiencia equivalente.

　　• Tienes conocimiento de varios equipos tecnológicos en area de imprenta (preferible).

　　• Tienes experiencia previa en servicio al cliente.

　　• Eres competente en inglés.

　　• Estás disponible para trabajar a tiempo completo, de lunes a viernes, de 3:00 pm a 12:00 am. (2ndo turno)

　　• Estás dispuesto a viajar a áreas cercanas por propositos de empleo (millaje incluido).
