As a Forms Designer Intern with our IGEN team, youwill have the opportunity to work with our skilled team of SoftwareEngineers, Onboarding Team, Analysts, and Quality Control Specialists todevelop forms to meet industry filing needs. This position will work 20+hours per week and can be hybrid (on-site and remote) in the Green Bayarea. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Using the analysis provided, collaborativelydevelop jurisdictional forms to IGEN standards Resolve any identifieddefects with the forms after testing Route and redirect tasks to thecorrect resources as needed Update tasks to track progress Proactivelyrecommend procedure modifications or improvements to the IGENdevelopment tools and processes Utilize clear and precise communicationskills Understand and expand your knowledge of IGEN products andservices Live company vision & values Actively participate in FABW(Finding a Better Way) Develop self professionally Support corporateefforts for safety, government compliance, and all other companypolicies & procedures Perform other related duties as required andassigned QUALIFICATIONS Current student in an Information Technologyrelated program in junior/senior standing (December 2024 graduation datepreferred) Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) and a class indatabase structures completed Programming experience in C# a strong plusProficiency with MS Office; primarily Word and Excel Ability to workindependently and as part of a team environment is required Aself-motivated individual Strong work ethic, critical thinking, andrationalization skills Proven troubleshooting and multi-tasking skillExcellent written and verbal skills Fluent English (written and spoken)is required Our company is an equal opportunity employer that iscommitted to inclusion and diversity.
