Work you'll do
As the ForgeRock/ IAM Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing ForgeRock solution implemented to support a state-wide integrated eligibility solution.In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them address their most pressing IAM challenges. You will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in ForgeRock to deliver superior results. The ideal candidate for this position will have a demonstrated history of success in IAM consulting, including the implementation and operation of IAM applications and systems. You should have a strong technical background and be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them address their most pressing IAM challenges
Responsible for managing with ForgeRock system for On-time user provisioning / deprovisioning
Analyze and understand identity related business processes and requirements, and how the solution will address those business needs
Implement changes to ensure solutions meet security, availability, scalability, and performance requirements

This role is located in Sacramento, CA.
Qualifications
Required:
4+ years in designing, implementing, and managing ForgeRock solution and/or other identity access management solutions on projects involving large and complex IT systems and/or cloud environment.
3+ years hands-on experience with ForgeRock, managing Active Directory and implementing Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, Consumer Identity, and Multi-Factor Authentication
3+ years' experience integrating ForgeRock with custom web applications, SaaS services, COTS products. Experience with user identity governance and periodic access reviews
3+ years' experience preparing design document, ( including architecture diagrams) SOPs, Runbooks, Test case documents
3+ years' experience with Single Sign-On, Access management, Identity Federation, Multi-factor authentication, Risk-based authentication
3+ years' experience with technologies such as Header based Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth
3+ years' experience with ForgeRock UI customization, writing scripts and developing code to fetch assertion values form multiple data sources
3+ years' experience with IAM assessments, risk and gap analyses, and implementations
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Knowledge of IAM standards and best practices, including NIST 800-63
ForgeRock or other Identity and Access Management related certifications
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 to $158,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
