Your role as a Food Service Worker:
The primary role of our Food Service Worker team is to serve high-quality food, quickly and safely, according to the set restaurants' standards, while providing exceptional guest service. Team members will be assigned to a station according to business needs for the day/week/semester; flexibility in work assignments is necessary.
Duties include:
Setting up, preparing for, and executing quick service stations daily
Maintain standards of the department regarding food safety and sanitation
Provide a high level of guest service
May be asked to assist our Dish Machine Operators to accommodate planned or unplanned absences, maintain clean dining rooms and service areas, restock retail items and beverages, assist in putting food deliveries away, including cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas

Qualifications:
One year related food service experienceA working knowledge of food preparation and presentationGood customer service skillsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift 25 lbs regularlyMust maintain an up to date "food handlers" safety certificationAbility to learn to operate food preparation equipment, including: fryer, choppers, slicers, mixers, ovens, steamer and various hand tools including knivesIs knowledgeable of allergens and is able to serve a guest with a known allergyMust be able to work a variable work schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, Holidays, special events; subject to change on short notice.
