Description

　　Reporting to the Food Production Manager, this position is responsible for the following dish washing/cleaning operation tasks such as tray stripping, operating dishwasher, pot and pan washing, cleaning of kitchen equipment, cleaning carts and floors.

　　Required qualifications:

　　Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

　　Within 30 days of hire National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority

　　California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
