Responsibilities Serves meals and beverages to tenants, waiting tables, clearing dishes, clean-up and performs related nutrition service duties as assigned. When scheduled to work from 11:00am - 7:30pm, this person will serve as a point person to other food servers in the department. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of one year previous food service experience in a facility (hospital/senior care) or restaurant is required. Special knowledge, skills and abilities: Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus and production sheets Ability to follow food handling and preparation guidelines Ability to think independently and handle multiple tasks at one time Ability to work cooperatively with others and provide excellent customer service Ability to communicate through oral and written skills Able to meet physical demands of position.
