Cooper Farms is currently seeking part time 1st shift Food Production team members to join our team in St. Henry.

　　SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:15am-11:30amSTARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.25 with the potential of increasing to $16.50 after 90 daysPERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses

　　All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

　　Deboning/Evisceration Production

　　Utilizing a knife, inspecting and trimming defects without cutting off excess meat.Performing all job functions which would involve different functions of harvesting a turkey and work related to deboning a turkey.Reworking any product that does not run through properly.Wearing all required PPE and rotating with other team members as directed.Requirements
