Worksefficiently in a team based environment and must follow Arizona Title 4Liquor Laws, TOGE alcohol training, as well as all Tohono O\'odhamGaming Enterprise (TOGE) internal controls, consistently. Essential Duties &Responsibilities Responsible for operating the cash register, dailyrecords and the proper tendering of all transactions. Responsible forbalancing of cash register receipts, guest checks and gratuity sheetsfor Team Member\'s shift. Responsible for becoming familiar withdiscounts offered. Responsible for training new team members. Maintainsa clean and orderly register area at all times. Maintains a goodcommunication with team members and maintains a positive andprofessional work environment. Maintains a good communication with teammembers and maintains a positive and professional work environment.Provides customer service in areas as needed. Completes side work asassigned by Venue Manager or assigned team member. Restocks all workareas. Sweeps floors throughout shift to ensure appearance standards aremet. Assists in the daily operation of the restaurant in an efficient,cost effective and labor effective manner. Recognizes that each teammember is a representative of the casino and is responsible fordemonstrating courtesy, respect and sensitivity to the needs of everyperson. Position requires that standard service techniques created mustbe learned and followed consistently. Adheres to all Arizona Title 4liquor laws and companies internal controls. Serves guests in aresponsive, caring, prompt, and courteous manner. Responds to guestsrequests. Must possess outgoing personality. Ability to operate thePoint of Sale (POS) cash register. Responsible for the cleanliness andsanitation of the entire work area. Monitors guests to ensure that theyare not intoxicated and well serviced. Monitors guests to ensure thatthey are not intoxicated and proper procedures are followed ifintoxication is observed. Knows information regarding all Food andBeverage outlets/Casino Promotions and have ability to inform guest whenasked. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results asrequired. Works closely with other departments to ensure seamlessdelivery of service for our guests. Travel between Desert Diamond Casinoproperties may be needed. Maintains proper attendance in accordance withcasino policy.
