　　Position Summary: 

　　Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations 

　　Be an energetic and passionate team leader by providing motivation and support to the team

　　Assist with the bar related tasks if required

　　Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times

　　Being approachable, alive and seek balance throughout the complete food and beverage experience 

　　Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence through each customer experience 

　　Support your like-minded Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks 

　　Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings 

　　About You:

　　Relevant experience in a similar role
