　　The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of the 15th Street Cafe/Lounge . This is a hands-on position that will require the ideal candidate to support in all aspects of the operation.

　　The preferred candidate will have previous Food and Beverage experience, extensive knowledge of Whiskey, Wine and Beer is a plus!

　　What will I be doing?

　　As a Food & Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and organization of activities and services of the hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　Assist in the management of all Food and Beverage operations to include, but not limited to, guest service, food and beverage quality, inventory management, outlet reservations and occupancy, systems management, budget and forecasting, marketing, report generation, department management and meeting participation and facilitationMonitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and rewardsDevelop and implement menus and food and beverage marketing strategies in partnership with the Hotel Manager and the culinary teamMonitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordinglyEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standardsRecruit, interview and train team membersWhat are the benefits of working for Hilton?*
