　　Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a seasonal Food and Alcohol Safety Supervisor to join our team at AutoZone Park in Memphis, Tennessee. As a Food Safety Supervisor, you will implement and document internal controls focusing on the safety of food products at AutoZone Park. You will help ensure all food safety procedures are followed to ensure our team members and guests are kept safe.

　　Responsibilities

　　Oversee the quality and food and alcohol safety programs, including implementation, training team members, and documentation.

　　Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for each event

　　Perform the calibration of recording and measuring equipment

　　Qualifications

　　No college degree required

　　Minimum of 1 year experience in the food safety industry

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

　　Physical Requirements

　　Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

　　Standing and walking for long periods of time
