　　Currently ManTech is seeking a Continual Improvement Specialist II to join our team in Edwards , CA supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　The Continual Improvement Specialist II supports quality management activities.

　　They have experience with CMMI for development and services, ISO 9000, root-cause analysis and corrective action development, process auditing and procedure compliance, conducting quality inspections of products and deliverables, process development activities, JCIDS document development, and the Technology Data Package design process.

　　They identify risks and support mitigation planning.

　　They are assigned work by the Continual Improvement Manager and complete those assignments in support of the Maverick TDP projects.

　　The Continual Improvement Specialist II is a journeyman experienced in various areas of Continual Improvement for products and deliverables.

　　The Continual Improvement Specialist II takes direction from senior personnel.

　　Experience:

　　Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of relevant work experienceDesired Qualifications:

　　4 years of position-specific relevant experience.Security Clearance:

　　Active Secret Security ClearancePhysical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
