　　What you will do as a Floor Manager

　　You are responsible for the successful running of the operations team. You organize and manage the events within in the different meeting spaces on a daily basis.

　　You also support our Assistant Manager and our Operations Manager by creating the rotas for the team, handling recruitment and training for new starters.

　　You are a responsible self-starter who is capable of handling multi-faceted projects and thrives under pressure.

　　You have excellent communication and guest relation’s skills and have great attention to detail.

　　You are a team player who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.

　　You ideally have worked in a similar role in a five star environment.
