SUMMARY We are currently working with a privately owned company in Butler County to identify an experienced commercial Fleet Manager. With over 50 years in business, this company is well known in the community and offers a stable, family friendly and flexible environment. 

　　In summary, the primary function of this position is to manage a service shop and a staff of technicians, primarily focused on servicing this company's fleet of commercial trucks and trailers and a small amount of automotive work from external customers. This person will ensure that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians and that the service shop maintains a high level of commercial driver and customer satisfaction. 

　　Primary work hours are daylight Monday -- Friday. This person is the first point of contact via phone for all truck breakdowns and backups are in place for further assistance. This person will ensure the facility is staffed appropriately from 6:00 am -- 10:00 pm Monday -- Friday and for a few hours on Saturdays, all depending on the workload.
