The Fleet Maintenance Specialist will determine the bestsolution to move forward and coordinate diagnostics and repairs forequipment. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls and messages fromdrivers when they experience truck and trailer issues. Provide guidanceand temporary solutions to drivers in accordance with DOT regulations.Diagnose equipment breakdowns and identify the best way to proceed.Review detailed repair estimates. Create and update work orders aboutthe status of repairs and vendors. Skills and qualifications: Technicaldegree in diesel technology. One plus years of diesel or automotiverepair experience. Basic knowledge of computer applications. Effectivewritten and verbal communication skills. Able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
