Responsibilities: * Financial Performance: * Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. * Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. * Drive sales initiatives, including membership sign-ups * Operational Excellence: * Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the gym, including facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and member services. * Implement and enforce policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and member satisfaction. * Coordinate with staff to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for members. * Sales and Marketing: * Lead sales efforts by setting targets, and reaching out to prospect database to recruit new members. * Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. * Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote gym services and events. * Team Leadership: * Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. * Customer Experience: * Prioritize member satisfaction by ensuring excellent customer service and resolving member concerns promptly. * Implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience and promote member retention. Qualifications: * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a previous job * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Coachable and open to continuous learning and improvement. * Familiarity with fitness industry trends and a passion for health and wellness.
