Fitness Program Manager - Atlanta & Alpharetta, GA

　　Full-time, weekdays, 40 hours per week

HealthFitness is looking for a customer/member relationship focused Fitness Program Manager for our single corporate client with sites in Atlanta & Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you'll manage and direct all operational, programming, and delivery aspects of our client's fitness program ensuring the highest level of participation, results achievement, and customer satisfaction. The Fitness Program Manager works 75% onsite in the Lenox facility and 25% onsite in Alpharetta.

　　What You’ll Be Doing:

　　Manage all fitness center program activities in accordance with HealthFitness operational, quality, safety and service standards. Lead 2-4 group exercise sessions weekly (in-person & virtually).

　　Ensure contract compliance and manage memberships & client relationships.

　　Direct and market fitness center based individual and group fitness programs, health education activities, motivational programs and special events.

　　Develop and manage the yearly strategic business plan, operating budget, and outcomes focused programs that meet client objectives.

　　Track and report participant and program data for measurement of individual and program goal achievement and results. Compile and analyze utilization data for monthly client reports.

　　Implement and instruct individual and group fitness programs, provide floor supervision, fitness testing, exercise prescriptions, and orientations.

　　Other duties as needed/assigned.

　　What We’re Looking For:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology or related discipline required.

　　1+ years related experience.

　　Ability to lead, manage and operate a fitness center. Proficiency in fitness assessment and exercise prescription.

　　Strong interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others and effectively organize and prioritize work demands.

　　Computer proficiency in MS Office including at minimum Word, Excel and Outlook.

　　Current Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.

　　Industry recognized Group Exercise certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCPT, or NETA required within 90 days of hire. Ideal applicants will also have the ability to teach a variety of group exercise class formats.
