　　Job Description

　　Cintas is seeking a Fire Permit Coordinator. Responsibilities include the oversight and maintenance of the Customer Service central repository of knowledge; working with internal departments to ensure that our customer account information is complete, accurate and current to facilitate a seamless experience for our customers; managing order reporting to ensure all orders are processed timely and accurately; working with appropriate departments to resolve delinquent orders; evaluating, prioritizing and scheduling outbound calling projects for the department.

　　Skills/Qualifications

　　Required

　　High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note) and intranet/internet

　　4 years' customer service experience

　　Experience collaborating with internal employees across departments and externally with customers

　　Experience analyzing data and suggesting solutions

　　Experience communicating verbally and in writing with employees and customers at all levels of an organization
