JOB SUMMARY:

Oversee service and repair existing fire alarm systems. Projects will include Industrial, Commercial and some Residential. Can comprehend NFPA code, design/ installation methods, calculations material lists for fire alarm systems.

Position is located in Austin, Texas.

Up to a $5,000 Sign-On-Bonus based on experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generally responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of existing fire alarm systems.

Understand design Layout of Fire Alarm Systems

Field Surveying

Fire Alarm Troubleshooting

Communication with the customer.

Proper reporting to the local AHJ.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

NICET certification preferred but not required

General mechanical knowledge

Must possess an active Texas Fire Alarm License

Experience in Fire Alarm service or Design

Demonstrated competency in verbal and written business communication skills.

Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in accordance with Company guidelines

Able to complete documentation and administrative duties as necessary; proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office

Detailed oriented and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy when performing job duties

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
