Essential Functions:

　　Perform applicable operations as noted on job traveler/work instructions using machinery/equipment that the Team Member has been trained and validated to operate.

　　Obtain first piece approval prior to production.

　　Inspect products per part drawings and proof plans using calibrated measuring equipment as defined in the product’s proof plan.

　　Maintain accurate counts throughout all operations.

　　Properly identify/record work and test/inspection status of work in process.

　　Record SPC data as required.

　　Accurately enter job specific information into Sturges integrated computer system.

　　Maintain a neat and clean work area.

　　All Team Members of Sturges shall know and understand all safety, human resource, and quality policies, including the procedures, work instructions applicable to their position, and how their goals relate to the success of the company.

　　Education & Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma/GED preferred.

　　Sewing experience in a manufacturing environment and/or production assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

　　Able to read a standard and metric tape measure.

　　Must have attention to detail.

　　Basic computer proficiency.

　　Basic math skills.

　　Strong team player.

　　This position is deemed a safety sensitive position always requiring alertness.

　　Able to read, write and fluently communicate in English.
