ManTech is seeking a dynamic team member to join our Corporate Finance team as our Financial Set-Up Coordinator.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinator and lead contract kick-off meetings
Collect and compile input from multiple departments to ensure a productive kick-off meeting
Set-up contract in ManTech’s PeopleSoft accounting system, ensure compliance with contract financial, and billing requirements.
Maintain PeopleSoft contract set-up as contract modifications are received through the use of an online helpdesk ticketing system.
Knowledge of government contracting
Ability to read and interpret contractual documents
Must be able to multi-task and work well with others to meet short term deadlines
Excellent communication skills and detailed oriented
Work well under pressure
Strong analytical skills
Interpersonal and people skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or other related field. 2 years of experience and an Associate's degree OR 4 years of experience and a high school diploma OR GED may be substituted for a degree.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years government billing experience
Help desk experience
PeopleSoft or other financial system experience

Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and must be able to lift and move objects weighing 25 pounds or more
The projected compensation range for this position is $52,000-$85,900. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
