　　This position will support FP&A tasks in the key closing and planning processes for the Greece-Finance team. This person will be responsible for budget and forecast expectations for Financial Planning and Analysis compliance with the company’s policies. This is an opportunity to collaboratively work in an international environment, reporting to FP&A manager & taking responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

　　As an FP&A Analyst , your daily responsibilities will include:

　　Lead annual Strategic planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.

　　Lead Regular review meetings with stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis.

　　Create & review FP&A key reports using SAP and year to date analysis (Consolidation & Functions spending and capital expenditures).

　　Support month-end close process.

　　Ensure that reports are accurate, clear and value-added.

　　Identify opportunities for performance improvement across.

　　Develop models to support in decision-making.

　　To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

　　Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail.

　　Ability to handle a large set of data, & reports.

　　Ability to meet deadlines & corporate requirements in a timely manner.

　　Flexible person, who takes initiative, has a feeling of responsibility & strong interpersonal skills: team player, can work in a team in a results-driven environment.

　　Ability to work in cross functional teams, propose and implement solutions.

　　Ability to work autonomously with clear goals within business priorities.

　　Advanced PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point.

　　Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal. (any other language is a plus)

　　Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece

　　Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to historic Athens, Greece

　　Education and experience:

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

　　1-3 years of relevant experience in roles corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, financial accounting, or other related fields; in BPO sector will be considered as a plus.

　　Experience in data analysis, pricing, financial accounting & reporting.

　　Experience in creating reports and presentation of results is essential.
