Global Real Estate and Workplace (GRW) is a department within The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). We plan, build, and operate TCCC's global workplaces and create state-of-the-art environments and experiences that engage our people, accelerate business growth, spark innovation, and bring our brands to life in the workplace. We are responsible for cost efficiency and collaboratively delivering workplace and real estate solutions worldwide.
The Coca-Cola's Summer Internship program is a 8-10 week experience at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. The Financial Operations intern role will report to the Global Strategic Implementation Director and support the development and delivery of multiple initiatives related to financial operations, workplace strategy, and real estate. Initiatives will include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Global Strategic Implementation Director with planning and executing various programs and projects related to workplace and real estate strategies.
Conduct research and collect relevant data to inform strategic decisions.
Help in preparation of financial analyses and reports for senior management.
Collaborate with the Financial Operations team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of financial data.
Collaborate with GRW key stakeholders.
Actively participate in meetings, providing inputs and facilitating communication across departments and teams.
This role is responsible for gathering and interpreting critical data to support our strategic initiatives and will manage multiple projects at once.

Qualifications We are Looking for:
Current undergraduate student who is pursuing a major in strategy, finance, real estate, or related field of study with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2024.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel and Power Point
Excellent oral/written communication skills and extreme attention to detail
Collaborative team player
Ability to develop presentations and business cases that effectively communicate the opportunity and recommendations to achieve objectives.
Location:
While work will be hybrid in nature, location should be Metro Atlanta area as there will be in person meetings at the Atlanta TCCC Headquarters (AOC).
