JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties Serves as advisor and consultant to the CFO andsenior staff on financial management matters. Serves as staff assistantfor the financial and statistical reporting and analysis function.Establishes and maintains liaison with operating and managementofficials. Provides input or modifies accounting and budget procedures,operating instructions, and working guides for assigned activities.Provides financial and budget execution guidance and technicalassistance presenting to program and functional managers, the CFO andExecutive Leadership. Monitors unfavorable trends or deviations andsuggests necessary corrective actions. Assists management officials inapplying financial data and information derived from sources such asreports and ratios and actively participates in the management ofoperating programs. Confers with other subject matter experts andspecialists to evaluate data and information collected form executionreports. Attends briefings and conferences to present and prepare budgetexecution reports. Consolidates, presents, reviews, informs and/orprepares reports, briefings, memorandums, and information to leadershipand others regarding audits and reviews. Uses various databases ofrecord, track, and report financial and budget data. Furnishesaccounting and budget reports, and other resource management informationreflecting the interrelationships between accounting, budgeting,manpower and other management data. Participates in developing detailedbudget execution reports, and finance documentation for leadership\'sawareness and information. Analyzes productivity, workload and programaccomplishments. Designs and implements workflows involving MS Access,SharePoint, and other productivity tools.
