We are looking for a Lead Analyst or Manager, depending on level of experience. You will provide stewardship and expertise for all financial aspects of performance across North America concentrating on our Print segments. You will be responsible for advising and influencing key management decisions through insight and recommending actions. You will also provide constructive scenarios for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and interpreting and explaining the drivers for business performance. **Open for remote but prefer Dayton, OH
Responsibilities
Providing timely, sound and actionable financial recommendations from insights on scenarios of future performance.
Delivering enhanced insight on revenue and cost drivers based on understanding of competitor activities and local business knowledge. Providing constructed recommendations for actions.
Owning critical processes across the group, including driving best practices, continuous improvement, standardization, training.
Providing support, review and question on manufacturing & distribution processes, system enhancements, and investments.
Following internal controls and procedures to comply data integrity and consistency to give insight for the annual audits.
Developing excellent relations and maintain regular contact with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Have proven experience in a financial role and a deep understanding of P&L metrics and drivers working in a global organization. Have excellent knowledge of financial and management accounting, process and systems.
Have experience of achieving results in an international environment, with appreciation of differences in culture and legal frameworks.
Possess knowledge and application of financial technical accounting standards and management accounting techniques.
Have knowledge and application of financial processes, metrics, drivers and dynamics for area of accountability.
Have experience using Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint (intermediate) Hyperion, PeopleSoft (or equivalent systems)
