　　Position: IT ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - DIRECT HIRE - PERMANENT POSITION

　　Location: FULLY REMOTE

　　Salary: up to $200,000 + Bonus + excellent benefits

　　Robert Half is seeking an experienced professional for a fantastic new permanent position with our client company as an IT ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - FULLY REMOTE - DIRECT HIRE PERMANENT POSITION. This is not a cookie cutter role! This is an extraordinary client company, collaborative team, and unique opportunity. Due to recent further expansion they are embarking on an IT transformation to continue to leverage technology and frameworks that will continue to build efficiencies and effectiveness throughout the entire organization.

　　Our client is the leader in their manufacturing space with noteworthy accolades, over 10,000+ employees in about 20 national locations and growing. You will join a high caliber IT Department and Teams and report to an IT Leader who exudes the principles of Servant Leadership, who is experienced, collaborative, and empowers his team. The IT Transformation Team is being assembled and hired for about a year. You will join other talented IT ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTS and be able to collaborate and shine. They are not too large, where you will be stuck with red tape and decision by consensus and compromised and watered down solutions that are ineffective and inefficient. In addition, they are not too small where you will have to do everything and have no IT support or team to collaborate and delegate with. They are poised to launch with the right organization structure, right leadership, right teams, and positive collaborative winning approach. This is a point in time opportunity, to join in the IT Transformation Journey early, have a seat at the table to advise and guide sharing your design ideas and have the support and ability to help implement and affect that change and see the result of your work. My century year old client is seeking an IT ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT with the growth mindset and entrepreneur spirit.

　　Requirements:

　　5+ years IT Enterprise Architecture experience

　　Must have proven experience defining visions, roadmaps, opportunities to leverage technology and implement efficiencies and effectiveness

　　Must have collaborated with both business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise and learned the operations and process flows, in order to identify how to leverage and architect the technology to align with the business goals.

　　Demonstrated knowledge, experience and application of the TOGAF architecture framework is required.

　　Any experience in AWS, Azure, and or Mobile is a plus.

　　Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
