　　We have an exciting opportunity for a "Financial Controlling Specialist/Financial Analyst" role at our Gebze EA Plant. Reporting directly to the Head of Factory Financial Controlling, you will play a key role in our engineer-to-order business operations.

　　What part will you play?

　　• Improve performance controlling & reporting efficiency and digitalization impact within the responsibility area.

　　• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business requirements, and provide actionable insights.

　　• Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to stakeholders.

　　• Think beyond conventional means of financial controlling and inspire those around you.

　　What should you possess?

　　• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.

　　• Proven experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in a factory controlling environment.

　　• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from complex financial data sets.

　　• Proficiency in statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and quantitative techniques. Technical knowledge and experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Knime, SQL, Excel Macros) to streamline financial processes, demonstrated curiosity and a passion for learning, with an interest in emerging technologies like AI and machine learning for financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.

　　• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP (FI/CO, COPA. SD, MM & PP would be an asset).

　　• Ability to make accurate estimates and projections in an ever-increasing landscape of uncertainties, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and adapting to changing business conditions.

　　• Fluent verbal communication skills in English are essential.
