　　Financial Controller – temporary position to ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Ski, Norway.

　　What you would do as our Financial Controller

　　You will be part of a dynamic team that is transitioning from AX to SAP as our ERP system. Our current Controller will be moving to a different role and location within ASSA ABLOY after the SAP launch in February 2024. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a new ERP system and a changing financial organization. Depending on your performance and the business needs, there may be a chance for extension or permanent employment.

　　We are looking for someone who can start working as a temporary Controller immediately and continue until September 2024.

　　You will be reporting to the accounting manager.

　　You would also:

　　Support month-end and year-end close processes in cooperation with rest of the accounting team

　　Report financial data to Group

　　Provide financial analyses as needed

　　Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts including preparing and entering journal entries

　　Be a backup for colleagues

　　Be responsible for budgeting

　　The skills and experience you need

　　We are looking for someone who:

　　Has 6+ years of various accounting experience

　　Has at least a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar (working experience can compensate for formal education)

　　Has experience in accounting systems

　　Has dvanced/good knowledge of Excel

　　Speaks Norwegian (Swedish/Danish can also work) and English

　　Ideally you would also have some years experience as an auditor, experience in SAP and/or Hyperion would be an asset and knowledge of IFRS, financial statement presentation and VAT would be beneficial.
