　　We are currently in search of an exceptional Financial Controller, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, who not only possesses financial expertise but also exhibits a strong work ethic, high moral character, and a growth mindset.

　　Responsibilities: * Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate risks. * Collaborate with the CFO in the development and execution of financial strategies that contribute to the overall success of the organization. * Execute monthly closing process workflow to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. * Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for the CFO, highlighting key financial metrics and trends. * In concert with the CFO, complete the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to align financial plans with organizational goals. * Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing recommendations for improvement. * Oversee the review of payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. * Oversee overall cash management throughout all organizational entities. * Manage the process of receipt of funds from customers, optimizing cash flow and liquidity. * Review and oversee weekly payment runs to vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements. * Establish and oversee system for reviewing and approving credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. * Coordinate and collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns.

　　Requirements * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA designation preferred. * Combination of public accounting firm and private company experience preferred. * Outstanding written, verbal and customer-facing communication skills. * Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel. * Excels in a team environment, displaying the energy and ability to collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and achieve company-wide initiatives.
