　　＊BCF経由の新卒候補者のみ対象

　　担当ビジネス部⾨と⼀体となって事業計画を策定・実⾏し、ビジネスコントローラーとしてビジネスの成⻑をサポートします。ビジネス部⾨が⽴案した売り上げや利益⽬標が事業計画通りに進んでいるかをレポートにまとめ、週単位でビジネス部⾨に共有。データ分析により課題などがあれば、解決策の提案も⾏います。さらに、新サービスの⽴ち上げや重要な変更などを⾏う際は、不確実性の⾼いビジネス環境において、数値分析や財務レポートのスキルを駆使し、ビジネスリーダーへ冷静かつ的確なアドバイスを⾏うことも重要な役割であり、ビジネスの成⻑にダイレクトに貢献できる部門です。

　　Key job responsibilities

　　•Own financials for site

　　•Support business partners in bi-annual planning process

　　•Analyze performance, find kaizen opportunities

　　•Work on long-term projects

　　We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

　　Tokyo, 13, JPN

　　Basic Qualifications

　　· 採用対象 : 2024/25年4月1日または9月1日に入社が可能で現在学生または、卒業から一年以内に入社ができる方。

　　· 学位 : 経営学修士/修士/学士

　　· 言語スキル： 日本語 ー 上級レベル、英語 ー 上級レベル

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　· Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling skills

　　· Experience with financial reporting

　　· Highly analytical and detail oriented

　　· Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions

　　· Process improvement experience (ideally Lean and/or Six Sigma)

　　· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

　　· Customer focus and professional demeanor

　　· Proficiency in Oracle Financials and Cognos a plus
