NOW HIRING: Millerbernd Manufacturing is hiring a Financial Analyst to join our team! This role is responsible creating and interpreting financial tools to facilitate collaborative decision-making driving bottom line results. This role is onsite in Winsted, MN.

　　As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

　　Create and analyze margin/profitability by market, value stream, product

　　Publish various weekly scorecard

　　Recommend improvements to pricing and manufacturing processes by analyzing historical costs/processes/constraints and investigating future trends

　　Organize data to guide decision making

　　Prepare IRR calculations for capital projects, working with management to identify and quantify the benefits

　　Create reports and train others on the use the analytic reporting tool

　　Facilitate company growth and scalability through systems thinking

　　Document standard work

　　Financial modeling and forecasting

　　Additional ad hoc analysis, special projects and other duties as assigned

　　Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

　　Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Accounting or related field

　　2+ years’ experience in analytics within manufacturing

　　Proficient with MS Office with strong Microsoft Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Functions)

　　Knowledge of data tables and database reporting tools

　　Analytic. Able to review data to find trends and anomalies

　　Problem solve independently and within teams

　　Perform root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence of issues

　　Manages time well/able to work on multiple priorities simultaneously

　　Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in verbal and written form

　　Solid understanding of ERP systems and concepts within a manufacturing environment
