　　We're currently recruiting for an Entry Level Financial Analyst to join the growing team at our Dublin, Ireland HQ in Leopardstown. The position is on a Permanent basis, offering hybrid working and a competitive compensation package.

　　The role is ideal for a recent graduate, who is enthusiastic, driven & motivated to kick start their career in Finance & Accounting within a global multinational organization, that offers structured career growth & advancement.

　　The Finance Analyst positions duties include:

　　Support various internal groups, by handling all headcount and operational metric forecasting across a variety of therapeutic areas.

　　Partner with clinical colleagues (Project Managers) ,and work with senior executives across the business.

　　Review & interpret monthly results (financial & operational) to identify, communicate and agree on necessary actions with operational teams, to achieve quarterly budget targets.

　　Supporting the rolling 12-month forecasts, to be submitted to Corporate Finance on a monthly basis (Submission must also include actions necessary to achieve budgets).

　　Development and preparation of the annual budget.

　　To be considered for the Financial Analyst position, you'll need:

　　Bachelor’s or Masters Degree (Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Sciences is beneficial but not essential).

　　Work experience ideally in finance & accounting (placement year is also beneficial but not essential)

　　Enjoy working cross-functionally and collaborating with your business partners.

　　Analytically minded and have an aptitude for problem-solving.

　　Have an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy and enjoy engaging with business partners.

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
