The Krusteaz Company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the team! The Financial Analyst, CPG will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the Sr. Finance Manager, managers, business partners, and employees throughout the company. This role will also have a large ownership role in the end-to-end month end, forecasting and budget processes. This role will also heavily partner cross functionally with the rest of the organization making financial acumen and interpersonal skills imperative. The principal objective of the position is to help ensure company resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Essential Functions: Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.
- - Budget & Forecasting Partner with division leadership, leading the monthly financial forecast process. Support the divisions annual operating plan (budget) to implement the companys overall strategy and establish operating and financial plans and commitments for the year.
- - Month End Analysis Lead the month end financial close process through, close activities, analysis, and storytelling of the financials. Lead the monthly financial reviews presenting to business partners.
- - Financial Support Act as a financial liaison to managers and business partners, providing analytical and planning support, and increasing their knowledge about the financial aspects of our business.
- - New Product Development Acting as the primary support for the division to ensure we are commercializing new products that deliver the desired financial results and that our new product pipeline meets financial hurdles. This includes supporting the costing of new products, pricing analysis, as well as providing product and project P&Ls.
- - Financial & Performance Analysis In general, analyze the performance of The Krusteaz Company departments, divisions and businesses and provide recommendations so that management can effectively respond to problems and exploit new opportunities. Assist managers in the analysis of new projects and systems which may have a financial impact on the company. Where required, assist in project implementation.
