　　Join the Chubb International Finance team as a member of the FP&A team. We are seeking individuals with Accounting/Finance experience with a strong technical aptitude. Help drive the transformation project to increase utilization of technology to streamline basic reporting and analytic needs. A formal, structured rotation program creates growth opportunity, both within the US and abroad.

　　 * Own and complete cycle deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and submissions are accurate. * Review Region submissions, raise queries, understand business drivers, develop analytics, and write commentary to explain variances. * Business Partnering with the regions, Lines of Business, and other key corporate stakeholders, such as Actuarial and Reinsurance to complete cycle and project work. * Leverage technologies to solve business issues and meet business needs. * Propose innovation and process improvement ideas, and implement changes to streamline processes, develop automations, and drive technological advancements. * Identifying opportunities to leverage technology, design solutions, and coordinate with the transformation team to deliver. * Support and develop executive presentations, including number tables, analytics, and commentary. * Load TM1 adjustments, develop live slices and upload/balance region submissions. * Own key FP&A report maintenance, updates and distributions. * Drive and support ad hoc analysis to solve emerging business issues.

　　QUALIFICATIONS* Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts.* Tech savvy and able to learn and master new technologies quickly.* Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.* Ability to analyze data using proper tools and prepare for conclusions.* Experienced in using relational database to generate reports and perform analysis.* Strong interest and commitment to understanding and developing leading edge finance solutions.* Able to apply logic and problem-solving skills to complex Finance business problems, look beyond the obvious to get at root causes; develop insight into problems and issues.* Able to build advanced financial models to illustrate business cases and run scenario analysis.* Eager and willing to go the extra mile and is self-motivated and seizes opportunities to make a difference. * High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions and ability to work under pressure.* Effectively executes on plans, drives for results and takes accountability for outcomes.* Comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity in a project environment.* Always display good communication and presentation skills to people.* Take personal responsibility for the quality of outcomes.* Instil a positive team mentality, treating colleagues with respect and creating an inclusive culture.* Comfortable and confident to engage with senior stakeholders.

　　Professional Experience Typical experience may include, whilst not limited to: * Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting or financial planning & analysis experience* Insurance industry experience beneficial* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis, or Data Science is required* Experience of working within the Finance or accounting function, with good understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting and related management reporting including dashboarding and visualization.  * Exposure to an FP&A lifecycle (Planning, budgeting, forecast, Enterprise wide KPI & reporting framework, Profitability/cost analysis).* Has an applied technical foundation with Microsoft products and ideally has exposure to other software products (i.e., TM1, PeopleSoft, Power BI, Alteryx)
