Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Loan Service Specialist based in ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico. This role is primarily in the financial industry, specifically dealing with loan services. The position is office-based and involves liaising with dealerships, handling vehicle title requests, and organizing loan documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle direct communication with dealerships to request vehicle titles

• Upload loan documentation into the respective member files

• Maintain an organized record of all loan documentation

• Ensure efficient processing of loan applications

• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions

• Use MS Office tools to manage and track loan processes

• Apply basic office skills to maintain an organized and efficient workspace

• Handle all customer inquiries and concerns regarding loan services

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients

• Exhibit basic office skills including filing, data entry, and handling telephone enquiries

• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and discretion

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Demonstrated experience in a loan service or financial services role would be advantageous.
