Description We are offering an opportunity for a Financial Analyst based in Dallas, Texas. The focus of this role will be to analyze financial data and prepare business case for capital investments, collaborate with various teams to improve organizational profitability and participate in due diligence process for business development initiatives. The job function requires advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, ERP Solutions, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex financial data and prepare business case for capital investments.

• Work closely with the operations team and CFO to coordinate annual budget and quarterly forecast process.

• Collaborate with core finance, marketing and operations teams to formulate recommendations to improve the profitability of the organization.

• Develop and participate in the due diligence process for business development initiatives.

• Prepare and distribute various operational reports accurately and timely.

• Create ad hoc reports to assist with analyzing key business metrics.

• Develop efficient and effective financial management tools in collaboration with core finance, marketing and operations teams.

• Maintain open, consistent and effective communications.

• Ensure financial files are organized and safeguarded.

• Respond to CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate financial needs. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with CapEx is necessary

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is required

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions is crucial

• Must have experience with Budget Processes and Expense Reporting

• Understanding of Finance is essential

• Experience with Budgeting - Forecasting and Forecasting is required

• Must be proficient in KPI Reporting

• Advanced skills in Excel Formulas are necessary.
