　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Physician Compensation team for the Physician Services Group (PSG). As a Financial Analyst you will calculate physician compensation and prepare documentation to support the calculations, assist with preparation of other provider payments and assist with reporting and other documentation.

　　What you will do in this role:

　　You will ensure production data is appropriately populated into physician compensation calculations

　　Conduct contract inventory

　　Upload documentation and enter data in physician compensation system for review by Financial Analyst

　　You will collect timesheets from physician compensation mailbox and ensure data is submitted appropriately for methods of tracking and payment

　　You will prepare OnBase One-Time Payments

　　Create OnBase Reports for review/distribution

　　You will maintain OnBase User Access and prepare reports for review/audit

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Bachelor’s degree with focus in Accounting, Finance or other Business-related field required

　　An equivalent in demonstrated job experience may be considered with comprehensive references
