In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Acting window for dedicated business

　　Prepare and Conduct with Proposal & Sales Team, Order Admin and BU leader to handle future opportunities/orders

　　Support Project Control & Operation and BU leader to handle shipments/sales

　　Work with accounting/planning team to ensure accurate financials and increase efficiency by developing automated reporting/forecasting process

　　Prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting packages which include the Orders and Sales, Selling, General & Administrative Expense, Gross & Operating profits for both actuals and forecast

　　Conduct Balance sheet review including Trade Working Capital

　　Provide analysis of transactions and coordinate with Singapore BU and Finance

　　Review Booking, Backlog, Revenue, and Intercompany Transfer Price

　　Run financial process including month end closing with Business and Shared Service Center

　　Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws and regulations

　　Liaise and coordinate to ensure compliance with matters relating to the statutory audit

　　We are responsible for compliance with global policies and process standardizations

　　Provide financial data and presentation assistance for Management Team

　　Assist in creating any additional results or ad hoc analyses as appropriate and ensure completeness and quality, Work on special projects as the need arises

　　Who You Are:

　　You ensure the effective management, implementation, and successful completion of all projects assigned to the team. You ensure accountability and holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. You collaborate and build partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You communicate effectively and developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. You are customer focus and build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Lastly you have situational adaptability with adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　BA degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting

　　Over 5 years of Finance/FP&A in Multinational Company

　　Strong computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel

　　Excellent analytical skills and Strong interpersonal skills

　　Strong verbal and written communications skills and fluent in English

　　Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement

　　Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
