　　Job Description:

　　As a Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

　　Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.

　　Perform detailed product cost analysis, including analyzing cost drivers, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing recommendations for process optimization.

　　Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations between actual and standard costs, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting corrective actions.

　　Analyze and understand standard costs for products, driving accuracy and consistency across the organization.

　　Support budgeting and planning processes with insight to the impact of the annual standard cost change.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, procurement, and engineering, to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis and reporting purposes.

　　Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls, while continuously improving financial processes and systems.

　　Support inventory accounting processes, including reconciling inventory balances, performing inventory valuation, and analyzing inventory turnover.

　　Other adhoc analysis as needed by the organization.

　　Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

　　Masters in Business Administration, Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), and/or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification

　　Strong financial and business acumen-ability to translate complex business problems into financial terms and vice versa

　　Self-starter with ability to drive change

　　Creative problem solver

　　Experience with contributing on cross-functional teams and influencing

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills
