　　Analyzes and reconciles accounts. Prepares and annotates variance reports.Works with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts andbudgets. Performs research to understand the accounting consequences ofalternative approaches. Responsible for conducting financial analysis projects(e.g. capital versus expense, ROI, resource allocations, budgetpreparation, etc.) and special statistical studies. Analyze performancereturns for accuracy, communicate and review results with investmentprofessionals. Role requires a thorough knowledge of accounting and financeprinciples, excellent verbal and written communication skills and theability to present financial analysis to management. Must be proficient in theuse of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint software and have a workingknowledge of popular financial management applications.
