Description

　　Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a contract-to-hire Financial Analyst. This notable Healthcare organization is looking for someone with previous experience working in financial analysis, data flow analysis, and project management. The ideal candidate is someone with strong technology, analytical, and communication skills. This position is for you if you are a deadline-driven Financial Analyst! This Financial Analyst role is based in San Antonio, TX but is also available as a hybrid opportunity.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Building and analyzing quarterly revenue forecasts for multiple markets.

　　Researching and analyzing anomalies and trends and communicating findings.

　　Receiving and analyzing mass amounts of data for reporting capitated revenue.

　　Ad hoc analysis reporting as needed, working out of SQL, Tableau, and Excel.

　　Must be able to work a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule in the Central time zone.

　　Requirements

　　1+ year experience working as a Financial Analyst

　　Strong budgeting and forecasting skills and experience

　　Intermediate/advanced Excel skills

　　Experience with Tableau and SQL are strongly preferred

　　BS/BA in Accounting or finance strongly preferred
