Financial Analyst is located in Arcore.

　　This position is responsible for Hyperion monthly reporting. This includes actual, forecast, budget quarterly and year-end balance sheets.

　　Works with department managers to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts. This role analyzes the monthly budget and predict the results.

　　This position represents the key person for all financial analysis and comparisons.

　　Involves the whole department in sharing forecast guidelines and respecting due dates;

　　supports production managers and human resources in carrying out the forecast in line with the overall production plan, sales volumes and inventory targets for raw materials, WIPs and finished products;

　　prepare monthly forecast income statement in HFM;

　　analyze the monthly variation between actual and forecast income statement;

　　monthly sales mix analysis for actual and forecast comments;

　　performs financial analyzes related to business performance, forecasts and budgets;

　　focus the attention of the plant on the most critical variable and fixed costs (e.g. overtime, incoming freight, special freight, packaging, perishable goods, maintenance, scraps, warranty);

　　prepare various reports for the company: event analysis, NER, segment reports, sales and profits;

　　monthly analysis of the variation of the purchase price compared to the standard;

　　involve the entire department in monitoring risks and opportunities not reflected in the forecast;

　　quarterly evaluation of the revaluation / devaluation of the Inventory in line with the BW policy in place and the excel template in use;

　　budget and LRP process: timing management, preparation of the income statement, preparation of Budget Plans, responsible for HFM reporting according to company guidelines;

　　collaborate with all Departments to collect, evaluate and track cost reduction activities;

　　monitor and coordinate the resolution of problems related to the SAP CO environment;

　　support the development of Group tools such as SPS and FAB;

　　one-off report for Corporate and Plant Manager.
