Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will conduct financial modeling on various financial products as well as have responsibility for measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans. We will be depending on you to advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and prepare reports for management. You will join a dynamic team as a key business partner in areas including forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Authenticate routine Area/Segment-level Bookings and P& L forecasting

　　Inspect performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities

　　Produce and manage forecasting reports

　　Perform extensive research on the underlying internal and external drivers that are affecting performance and trending

　　Adaptable individual experienced in analyzing large amounts of information and managing expectations

　　Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process

　　Create effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and recommendation support

　　Operate with key senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization

　　Power monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required

　　Analyze annual performance by comparing actual results to their expectations and supply information to business partners to inform decision making

　　Work closely with business partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans

　　Requirements

　　Experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

　　Background in financial analysis and planning

　　Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal, but not required

　　BA/BS degree in finance or a related field

　　Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools experience a plus

　　Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel

　　Deep understanding of Financial Analytics

　　Yardi experience

　　Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

　　Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations

　　Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
