Job Description:
Heterogeneous Integration Business Unit Finance team has an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who is looking to gain a start-up like experience under the umbrella of an established Fortune 500 company. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong ethics and knowledge of manufacturing finance. This role will be an individual contributor who will be on-site near Atlanta, Georgia and embedded within a Joint Venture (JV) start-up that is pioneering in glass substrate package fabrication. As such, the role requires integrity and strict maintenance of confidentiality. This critical role will report dotted-line to the JV CFO, provide analyses, and optimize finance processes to achieve JV success.
Key Responsibilities:
Completes detailed financial analysis and commentary for finance and non-finance executives
Develops complex business model in support of strategic plans, business sizing and performance mgmt.
Maintains customized business models
Coordinates monthly/quarterly/annual close activity with manufacturing and operations
Provides rolling cashflow forecasting and reporting
Performs cashflow payment management, including suppliers, business partners, company operations, etc.
Prepares financial statements and reports to funding companies
Supports internal and external audits
Identifies and coordinates process improvement opportunities
Perform ad hoc analysis and tasks assigned by JV CFO
Qualifications:
Demonstrated work in analysis, strategic planning, and modelling
Prior experience supporting senior management and working in/across diverse cultures
Prior experience in high technology industry or technology related manufacturing company
Knowledge of US GAAP and managing cashflow
Strong analytical and communication skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Desired, but not required, knowledge of capital markets and debt financing
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; preferred CPA or Master’s degree

U.S. Salary Range:
$108,000.00 - $148,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
