　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Job summary

　　Mandatory compliance with Istat/Banca d'Italia surveys

　　Administrative accounting management of gifts and coupons (record-keeping, self-invoicing, etc.)

　　Execution and supervision of some basic SOX control processes

　　Interface with Payroll providers: in-depth knowledge of payroll accounting and the underlying control processes

　　Stamped and mandatory registers

　　Assistance in mandatory financial audit and internal auditing

　　Differences between the asset system and the income system (knowledge of SAP and asset and income accounting systems)

　　Review/management of asset goods domain

　　Production of quarterly and annual financial statements with the documents of the financial dossier

　　Civil management of TFR (Severance Pay) and corresponding international principle IAS19

　　KEY Interfaces:

　　Finance Department as a whole

　　Tax team

　　HR team

　　Customer Service team

　　Does this sound like you?

　　Min. 3 yrs experience in a similar role

　　Degree in Finance, Economics/Accounting Degree

　　Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI and SAP system (basic knowledge required)

　　Knowledge of Financial statement drafting software and dossier (Software redazione e fascicolo di bilancio (e.g Genya))

　　Fluent in English (min. B2)

　　A fundamental requirement will be registration to liste delle Categorie Protette - Collocamento Mirato - Legge 68/99.
